Instructions to fill the form and documents needed to be submitted with the application.

1. Section 2.(a) is only for pre-Madhyamik Students (10^th standard) and students applying for assistance in (11^th standard). 
2. Students applying for assistance in Bachelors' Course should fill up section 2.(b) and 2.(d) only.
3. Students applying for assistance in Masters' Course should fill up section 2.(b), 2.(d) and 2.(e) only.

• Copies of Marksheets attested by school/college/institution authority.
• Age proof documents: Birth Certificate, Madhyamik (10^th standard board exam) Admit Card, Voter ID.
• Two recommendation letters (preferably from the school/college/institution or any member of Nischint).
• All certificates of extra-curricular activities (if any).
• Any scholarship, prize or award certificates from school/college/institution or elsewhere.
• Supporting documents for family income.
